*Who are you and how will you describe yourself?

Just an ordinary guys who loves reading books and spend my idle time at home reading or going to bookstore to read. I am an open gay and proud to be one.I am a BOL addict and I have read all of the stories here even the stories in Kwentong Bisexual times.I love attending the PINK DOT which is an annual gathering event for GBLT. I am not that loud type of gay who wears girls stuff but if people will ask what's my sexually preferences without hesitation I tell them that I am GAY.

I'm currently working abroad as IT Professional. I start my day at work checking emails and new stories posted in BOL. I am currently in a 6 years relationship with my BF who is a High School teacher in Philippines, they say that it is hard to maintain a long distance relationship but thank God I was given a great partner that we were able to surpassed all of these challenges. Things may not be OK all the time but trust with each other makes us where we are today.

* What can we expect from you?

Hmmm... let me think about it... aside from I am hooked in BOL a lot. I am the type of guy who don't easily give up on challenges and I love challenges. I may not be physically available to meet you guys but I'll make sure to have enough time for you and hopefully sa mga followers ng BOL who would seek advice. Expect me to be at least available 18 x 7 ( 6hours para sa tulog lolz ) for communications via email or YM as my email and phone is capable to do that. Even inside the train or buses I can reply to your email. Expect me to be responsible enough and will not be a one sided adviser as I take pride and joy sa mga bagay na ginagawa ko.

*Have you ever been in love?

Yep! It's the most wonderful feeling in the world.

*What can you say about your past relationships?

I had 2 past relationships and whats good with that is that after each relationship, my EX and I are still good friends. My first serious relationship with the same sex lasted for 5 years. Rhaeiy is the type of guy who is a happy-go-lucky person. What I like about him is that he's very open, his family knows about me being his partner. However, We parted ways because he wanted to start a new family. His wife and I are also good friends. When I was still in the Philippines, they would always invite me on family gathering.

My 2nd BF is Jonathan. We parted ways because I caught him having sex with someone on the apartment we're renting. I just feel numb during that time. I told him to finish what they're doing and I'll just come back later. As promise to his mom, that I will take good care of his son, when we decided to end the ralationship, inihatid ko uli siya sa family niya at nagpasalamat ako sa mom niya for accepting me. The realtionship lasted for 2yrs.

I can say that I am lucky enough that me and my EX's remain friends and in good terms.

*How and when did you come out form the closet?

Me and my family knew ever since that I was different, I grew up playing girls toys rather than enjoying those toys guns and toy cars. It was a hard decision for me to come out in the public since I was married and had 2 son (first son died couple of years ago). I been lying to myself for the longest time, trying to be good son, husband, brother, friend and father to my children, but despite of all the good things you did there's still this missing part of me that I wanted to know and enjoy. In 2003, I decided to come out totally in the open and admitted that I prefer boys rather than girls. That I think is the most hardest part of being a gay, admitting to your self who you really are and make a stand for being a gay person. Had given my family and my wife the assurance that being gay doesn't make me any less person, things may change a little bit but I'd still do my responsibility to give them a good life, I may not give them heaven but I promised them I will not give them hell.

*What separates you from other bi's or gays out there?

What makes me differ from other gays or bi's is that my age and experience has molded me to become a better person. Been in and out of the hardest part of M2M relationship, been there in the point of committing a suicide over a guy and overcome the pain with flying colors. I have been responsible enough not to run on my obligations sa family ko at sa anak ko. Weather and experience made me a better person. I don't look on one side of the story... I think first before I act. Sometime being too agressive eh mas lalo tayo napapahamak. Aside from those, I also have a loving parents and a very supportive and understanding son. Wika nga sa tagalog... Pinatatag at nahinog na ng panahon at karanasan.

*What is the best thing in being a gay or bisexual?

The best thing in being gay/bi is that you can have both worlds. : -) You really feel completely open for love, lahat naman tayo eh ganun but what I really like is the fact that being a gay or bi, hindi na pinauusapan pa ang kasarian ng pagmamahal. You can love a boy or a girl who you think is suited for you.

*Why would you like to be a Resident Adviser?

I wanted to be a Resident Adviser simply because I wanted to help. To be there for them... as a friend, brother, and family. I wanted to listen to everyone's story and assure them that they can lean on me when they feel tired or wala nakakaintindi sa kanila. Wanted to encourage everyone and challenge them to be the best and be a better person. I wanted to impart the lessons I learned from my parents, persons I met, friends I have and hope that somehow I would touch their lives.

*What difference do you think you can make when becoming the Resident Adviser of BOL?

I can touch people's life. Not only in giving advice but I'll assure that I can be a true friend and a family. Lover, in the sense that they can release their emotions on me. I'll make each and everyone special that they can talk to me anything under the sun.

*What would you like to tell our fellow BOLers?

Let's ROCK ON! It doesn't matter whether your'e BI or Gay, those are only labels. What important is how you/we face the difficulties in life. Would like to meet all of you, rest assured that I will be a friend you can talk to, a teacher who can advise you, a lover you can yell to (lolz) but most of all family who will understand you... support you... and will love you no matter what decision you choose.
